        With tendency of non-stop development and integration of our country, Pharmaceutical branch are encountering challenges in integration process of AFTA, WTO in general, Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corp. in particular, it is needed to plan orientation for the enterprise itself to have firm stand in the market step by step.

        So the company has planned Management of Drug quality on the basis of executing Total quality management system(TQM) and practising medicine manufacture to obtain standard GMP at the company for maintenance, development and taking of the enterprise to higher level, it uses the tool of ISO 9001:2008 standard as a standard ruler for appraisal, it uses GMP WHO standard set to build the system of medicine manufacture, it registers certificate of standard announcement in accordance with TCVN by itself – Therefore, it is needed to build system of the medicine manufacturing factory obtaining GMP-WHO standard and Laboratory obtaining ISO/IEC 17025 & GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), warehouse obtaining GSP (Good Storage Practices).

        From that basis, the Company states method of improving management work, improving technique, enhancing quality, making various products, decreasing price together with guarantee of timely goods delivery. Manufacturing operation – trade of the company develops non-stop, the final purpose is “Domesco – For quality of life”.

       With system.  of quality management that is maintained always and is improved non-stop, the products to the consumers obtain high quality – high effect in prevention, fighting of disease and it satisfies higher and higher demand of the customer at the reasonable price.

        DOMESCO has obtained above achievements, it not only stops here but also the company always maintains and strives non-stop to improve firmly, step by step for readiness into integrating economy of AFTA – APEC – WTO. In order to create firm stand position, to enhance competitive ability on all its operations of manufacture, business, the company always creates specific action programs from building of strategies, including strategy of the company and functional strategies. All strategies are understood, applied from the top leader to all staffs in the organization.
